Your Questions Answered

Will my insurance cover my visit?

Yes - It will.  We will make sure that your visit is covered by your insurance.  If your insurance does not cover your visit, we will inform you prior to your visit.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Yes - You can.  Just call us and we will give you an appointment at your desired time during our normal working hours of Monday Through Friday between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM and Monday Through Thursday between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM.

What if I am late for the appointment?

We do not charge any fees if you are running late. We will not cancel your appointment either, please call us to inform that you are running late.

I speak Spanish. Do you have an interpreter?

Yes - We do. Both office manager Daisy Malaret and medical assistant Marilyn Miranda are bilingual and speak English and Spanish.
